Polaris Data Safe

Fire Protection: All Polaris cabinets carry the ECB.S S120 DIS lable & the UL72 Class 125 2HR lable, meaning two hours data media fire protection. Tested & certified to EN1047-1 & UL Class 125-2H which confirms 120 minutes fire protection.

How its done? Test involves: Stage 1: Furnace exposure to 1049 degrees C. Stage 2: Dropped from a 9.1m height. This duplicates conditions of a floor collapse in a fire. Stage 3: Reheating. Stage 4: Furnace cool out as latent heat is present within the unit & finally. Stage 5: Continuous monitoring of the temparature throughout the cool out period.

Locking: Secured by a Rosengrens RKL-10 Resettable keylock as standard. This is one of the best locks in the world. Keys can never be duplicated, however, in eveny=t of a lost key, the RKL lock can be reset to new keys in seconds.

Locking continued: Can be customised with alternative locking options  eg: Electronic locking or mechanical combination locking.

Fittings: All models are supplied empty so you decide how it's fitted out. Choice of Shelves, Pull out A4 file frames & Lockable cupboards.

Choice: Available in 5 sizes.

Delivery: Free National delivery & site positioning to a suitable ground floor location, or upper floor via acceptable goods/passenger lift.

Discontinued: The Rosengren Polaris has been removed from the Gunnebo UK, 2012 product range. It can still be ordered if required.
